中国及び⽇本以外の決済ブランドを導⼊する場合、⾹港に法⼈を登録する必要があります。法⼈登録が難しい企業様は弊社のパートナー企業に業務委託の契約を締結して、⼿続きを進めます。その場合、⽉費⽤が発⽣します。

東南アジアやユーロッパのwalletにて決済をする場合、提示価額は⽇本円で表示されます。顧客は現地通貨でwallet宛に⽀払いをします、レートは三井住友銀⾏の即時レートです。

また、東南アジアの決済ブランドを導⼊する場合、下記の資料ご提出必要になります。

① 加盟店申込表 Merchant Application Form (GAPOP-MRF-OOSMC19001GAP)

② 会社登録書類　Company Incorporated Certificate

※決済ブランド所属地域の法律によって， BR、CI などを含めて必要な書類が多少違います。

③ 会社代表者様の身分証明書 ID or passport of Directors

④ 実質的経営者の身分証明書 ID or passport of UBO

⑤ 株主名簿 Company Ownership Structure chart

⑥ 会社直近６ヶ⽉以内の銀⾏明細 Bank Statements (within last 6 months)

⑦ 会社の住所を証明できる書類(例えば:３ヶ⽉以内の電気、ガス料⾦請求書，オフィス契約書)

Company Address File.(Such as, Utility bill, within last 3 months; or tenancy agreement etc.)

⑧ 事務所の写真(３枚以上、⼯場、倉庫、ロゴ付きのオフィス⽞関など)

Photos of Business Premises.

(at least 3 photos, including but not limited to reception with company logo, office space, warehouse, etc.)

9. (オプション)決済に関する業務委託書、あるいは委任状

Authorization Letter with company chop. The authorization letter is clarified the person

who has right to sign the contract on behalf of company.

10. 事業紹介、企業のサービス紹介(⾮対⾯決済を申請する場合には業務フローの説明資料ご提出必要)
